Great Property going at a GREAT PRICE!!!- (I think!)

Posted by admin on April 11th, 2008

Okay I just had to bring you all the details of a great little property that should be coming onto the market very soon! All International Estate Agents or Realtors please note that I’m more than happy to split the commission with you! Without further ado lets look at just a few thumbnails of this great property that could be going under the hammer for only ‘pennies’ on the dollar!

Please note that if you would like to see a more detailed (and larger) picture of any of these graphics simply click on any of the pictures you’d like to look at in more detail!

As you can see it has a fine family pool that should offer relaxation to any average sized family with growing kids. You will notice that these pictures cover everything from the modest entrance to the master bedroom and cozy dinning room for those wonderful evenings you can have with your friends while the rest of the country starves.

You find a wonderful home like this will always inspire those who maintain or service it to always aspire to greater things themselves. So inspirational!

You will also notice that the main entrance and well kept lawns make it a pleasure for anyone to want to ‘pop in’ for a visit or cup of tea and friendly neighborly chat.

One can see by the master-bedroom that the ‘man of the house’ has a good eye for the fairer sex and nothing in this room would ever give a hint of the fact that it’s present owner’s brain is all but eaten away by the ravages of syphilis as well as some similar ailments!

The views of these four rooms would never give anyone the hint of how modest a man would be living and sharing his good fortunes with his fellow brothers from this modest home. Also notice how the owner had managed to save the two short columns (on either side of the fireplace in the pictures to the right) — these he managed to bring back as souvenirs from an earlier trip to Buckingham Palace!

I am not going to go into any more detail here but just let you have a few more views of this pleasant little mansion so you can get a feel for this wonderful home.

This however is not the point! The point is, guess who owns this bit of real estate — non other than “Mad Bob” Mugabe, that wonderful ‘evergreen and on-going’ president of Zimbabwe! I really don’t think old “Mad Bob” has anything to worry about as far as making a living in the future goes. Just think of all those people who actually have more money than your average ‘banana republic’ (like his) who would love to have their present hovels re-decorated by one who really has got the experience.

Why I think he could get a professorship at Harvard Business School (or any leading Western business school) teaching “Entrepreneurial skills to live your dreams by!”

It would be nice if any of my Zim readers could confirm the existence of this shack in Harare but I would love to know why Comrade Thabo Mbeki has not told many of his followers here in South Africa about the good time he has whenever he visits old Mad Bob! In fact, I think this would be a great “goal” for every ANC or Cosata member to carry with themselves as they make their way down their African Renaissance path! free mobile phone ringtones t free music real ringtones sprint free ringtones verizon wireless ringtones com ringtones com make your own mp3 ringtones free christian ringtones absolutely free ringtones free metro pcs ringtones 3 free ringtones sidekick free logo nokia ringtones tv theme ringtones composer free nokia ringtones free kyocera ringtones mp3 ringtones converter ringtones for alltel cell phone sprint pcs vision ringtones music real ringtones ringtones caller ringtones компютриringtones for cingular phone free nokia mp3 ringtones | pcs ringtones sprint vision | free cingular wireless ringtones | hotlink maxis caller ringtones | download free mobile ringtones t | alltel free music ringtones | 2366i nokia ringtones | cell free phone ringtones sprint | virgin mobile usa ringtones | download free midi ringtones | free real music ringtones | free nokia ringtones tracfone | kyocera ringtones | download free real ringtones for tmobile | hotlink maxis caller ringtones | verizon ringtones | make your own free ringtones | free ringtones for verizon phone | cellular phone ringtones | cricket free phone ringtones |

Yesterday’s post has caused many people to write to me – no one seems to want to add their comments to my post but here are just a couple of their comments they emailed me. PC said:

Hi John,
Some one had already sent me the Herald blurb which was most interesting and totally frightening. It is also not totally unexpected, after majority rule in SA, it was just a matter of time I am afraid.
Sorry it’s all so depressing.
Rgds

Another person, SNB, had the following to say:

What can I say? I can’t emigrate anywhere as I don’t have enough money to live on anywhere in the world, except some isolated island no-one has heard of where the Rand might be worth there what it is here — certainly not Zim with its inflation.
I ask you why you have to spread doom and gloom throughout the world? They surely read about it in their own countries without you making matters worse — after all, at present we don’t have all that much to offer, and you are driving away the tourists who might make the difference!!!!!

Well before I try and answer those questions I must ask SNB to give us the name of the “isolated island no-one has heard of where the Rand might be worth there what it is here” as I’m sure there would be many readers who will want to know where it is! Also I won’t depress you by letting you know that “inflation” isn’t Zim’s only problem.

BTW, I think you all know it is going to take more than a Finance Minister with a ‘silver tongue’ to keep away inflation here. That could be a whole new posting and so I have added my cheery little comment here!

When I got home from work last night, my girlfriend demanded that I take her out to some place expensive……………. …

So I took her to a petrol station !!!!!!!

Okay, on with my response. These two comments are so typical of those that have left Africa and those that are hoping to stay on! The reason why I bring this kind of news to the attention of my readers is because I am beginning to believe that (in this country anyway) there is very selective reporting of the news. However telling which bit of unreported news is worth telling you about is very difficult. Here are two reports I decided not to report on ……. But was I right?

The first is a little bit of the old “apartheid story” – in reverse – but one that I believe is 100% true. To read the complete story please click on the picture. Now the reason I did not report this story, even though it doves in with the ‘race stink’ at the University of the Free State, was simply because the story of what the white students did there (at Free State University) was more than just a race issue. payday loan paycheck advanceeasy payday loanbad credit loan military payday, bad credit loan payday personal, bad credit loan payday24 hour loan paydayno fax payday advance loaneasy get loan payday, easy loan payday,1000 easy payday loanadvance cash fax no paydayinstant payday loanfast payday loanameriloan loan paydaycost loan low paydaylow fee payday loanapproval instant loan online paydaycash fast loan online paydayadvance cash loan payday softwarecredit dollar loan no payday ten, credit loan no payday,no credit payday loancanadian loan online payday, canadian payday loancash loan payday, payday loan, cash fast loan paydaycash international loan payday services1000 loan payday,1000 advance payday loan, payday loan 1000payday loan no faxing requiredloan till paydaydollar loan payday ten, borrower dollar loan payday tenplay money poker7 card stud softwareonline poker gamesonline texas holdem, free online texas holdem poker, play texas holdem online free7 card stud gamescard citibank credit onlinespiel erlebnislasseters casino onlinecraps rulesslot machineskostenlose kasino spiele, kasino spiele, gratis kasino spielebaccarat rulesvideo poker strategykasino onnetroulette spiel downloadgolden palace online casinobesten casino onlineonline gewinn spieleonline poker vergleichtexas holdem strategytexas holdem spielgl

Are things really this bad?

Posted by admin on March 11th, 2008

It’s almost a month since my last post when we talked about South Africa’s very own “man for all-seasons” none other than “JZ”, who really is going all out to make everyone here so very happy. When he takes over we are all going to be able to have our say on the ‘death penalty’ – by this he could mean that it may not only be reserved for the many privileged law abiding citizens, (that it’s reserved for right now) and carried out by the rapists?, murders, thieves and all other kinds of misfits but have this lot included too.

However, after making ‘big business’, black journalists and COSATU so happy with his all inclusive “come on and be happy with me” policies we now hear that we, (the entire nation and all forms of the media), just may not have understood what he was saying! Could this possibly have anything to do with the fact we have eleven official languages here and most of us ‘common’ folk only speak a couple of them?

Anyway, jokes aside – not that there were any jokes in the two paragraphs above — I have decided to let this blog of mine just comment on things in South Africa – both good and bad, even though it is getting so much harder to find anything good to comment on! I will be revamping one of my other sites and will include a marketing and Internet related blog there – more news on that one soon!

Although I will be making a genuine attempt to cheer you up in this post I must admit the ‘general mood’ here (in this country) is very low. I can feel this everyday just talking with friends and clients but I think this report I came across from a Scottish Newspaper - The Sunday Herald – does a good job of summing up the general feeling here. Please use the link below to read that report and I would love to have your comments on what you think about it or where we are headed in SA.

Of course that report is quite depressing and as promised we are going to try and also look at the lighter side of things here. One of those lighter moments (and more positive wishes) were summed up in this recent political commentary on a recent call made by our President. I think this cartoon says it all!

Of course old “JZ” will also be getting a lot of commercial offers by now because no one can hold down a really ‘good man’ and I think this (new soap) could become a real winner among the “zoom-zoom” faithful if they ever take up bathing!

However it just may help him, if his big mate Thabo Mbeki decides to try and cut off (or even cut down) on the ‘state funding’ of JZ’s legal costs! We also heard that the Presidency was actually requesting detailed (and itemized) statements on his legal costs. Something really unheard of in a democracy like ours!

Ever had this feeling of Déjà vu?

Posted by admin on February 15th, 2008

Only if you are as ‘ancient and burnt out’ as I am could you have this feeling of Déjà vu regarding this country! I really use the word in it’s ‘true’ meaning of “that of I Just Got the Creepiest Feeling That I Have Been Here Before!”

Believe it or not, but I never ever thought I would start becoming a little concerned about things going on in this country. The only reason I ever got involved in any of those things and causes the “politically correct” seemed to get involved in during the nineteen sixties would be for the opportunity of listening to some great music, drinking more than anyone should and smoking a bit of the dreaded weed or just trying to impress and chat up all those ‘do gooder type girls’ that all seemed to have a few ‘extra points’ in comparison with the rest of the female population!

I really didn’t have a PC bone in my body …….. I was only concerned and interested to see what I could get out of the situation for myself then (like any young virile male of that age!) I truly never had many worries (or concerns) about the world I lived in, always believing the human race could never be as stupid as it was in the past and things would always work out okay in the end! However, history has a way of repeating itself, and I am beginning to get a very uneasy feeling about the true abilities of our ’so called leaders’!

BTW, I have given up smoking (every popular type), only drink when my children force a drink on me and really am fairly convinced that the ‘goodie goodie girls’ are no better than your ‘run of the mill average bird’ on any given day, So, I no longer have any reason to become involved other than to try and make things better!

Face facts, some of the material Zuma and his sidekicks come out with make hilarious and entertaining viewing and listening for all us rather bored people out there. I mean, did any one hear how Mathew Plausless was convinced that he had uncovered all the human rights violations our crime fighting unit the Scorpions had really been up to! Now the more enlightened of us (after Mathew so kindly pointed all this out to us) know the real reason why the unit must be disbanded!

Well there’s another little gem I have gleaned — and life is good out here in this La La Land of Sun! However, while we bring out our very own clowns and let them perform to the big home crowds (who in the main couldn’t care less what these fools come out with), we don’t really understand just how much damage is being done to this country’s image all over the world.

Remember my feeling of Déjà vu I mentioned in the beginning of this post? Well, this is my question — don’t you think many, many of the ‘so called informed people of our recent past‘ (pre-1990s) didn’t have a real idea of how the world saw our country and it’s leaders simply because of the way our media was controlled, and we only got to see and hear what big brother (who has now been replaced by the ‘barmy-wing of the ANC’) wanted us to see and hear.

It’s all happening again but no one has to control the media all that much if you can produce a nation of sub-educated people and I think our present government is doing a great job in that direction too.

We (South Africa) are no longer the wonderful rainbow nation that can do no wrong — just look at this BBC Panorama video interviewing our future President (in your worst dreams or nightmares!) and judge for yourself! Click here to see for yourself!

BTW, I must admit I am really ashamed to have anything to do with this country when I see a man like Zuma, who is now over the age of sixty (and should be in a position to show some maturity at this stage of his life) trying to be ‘every man’s comedian’ of the 21st century trying to copy local cell phone adverts that none of the rest of the world even know (or care) about! I am ‘SEAR-RE-US’ when I say that!

This video opens in a new window and you can simply close that page to return here and leave your comments!

…… and they call this progress!

Okay, OK!, I know I have been very laxed in not having posted to my Blog in such a long time especially when you consider all the rubbish on the political, sporting and economic fronts that has been doing the rounds locally!

So today, after more than one attempt (two failures through power outages!), I have been forced to add this post to my blog under the “Only in South Africa” section and although it will probably appeal more to my local visitors I do think it should also give everyone an insight on how things are really sliding downhill in our country! Please just press the play button below and listen to one of our New South African folk songs!

This great tune comes compliments of our local radio and comedian pair known as Mike Naicker and Kev Perkins and they are singing the Eskom Parody!

I should mention that my good friend Andrew in East London sent the recording to me and am thrilled to say it has given me a great idea to make Andrew’s site more effective! Now all I have to do is sell him on the idea!

Oh, well that’s just what life is all about — when we do have power!

And you thought you had computer problems!!!

Posted by admin on November 28th, 2007

A good friend of mine Eugene Mills sent me this weird tale and I just had to add it — Wow! no posts for a month and then two in a day! Thanks Eugene — his story goes like this:

“Hello, technical support, how can I help you”?

LADY: “Last night my computer started making a lot of hissing noises at me so I shut it down. This morning when I turned it on, the computer started hissing and cracking, then started smoking, and a bad smell, then nothing”.

SUPPORT: “I will have a technician come over first thing this morning, just leave the computer as it is, so they can find the problem and fix it, or change it out with another computer. Give me your address; phone number and the technician will be there just as soon as they can”.

The problem! When the technician got there, the lady showed the technician where the computer was, said what happened to it and this is what the technician found wrong. Take a look at the pictures… by simply clicking on the picture — you won’t believe your eyes!!!!!

The technician told her: It must have been after the mouse! The woman didn’t think it was very funny at all.

Oh, well it’s only here in good ol’ZA!

What’s out there and how can you make money on the Net?

Posted by admin on November 28th, 2007

Well it’s almost the end of November and I haven’t done a post to my Blog for sometime now, not because I’ve not wanted to, been too lazy or have not had something to say. Just listening to our local news broadcasts regarding our local politics have given me enough ‘stories’ and things to write about my home country, but I can’t spend my life knocking South Africa. Over and above that ‘the local lunatic fringe’ better known as ‘our politicians’ do a great job of that on their own without any help from me!

No, this month I have not been feeling all that great, health wise, first bitten by a spider (he won’t be doing anymore of that) and then got hit by a really bad dose of the flu – so, I have spent the fast few weeks feeling very fragile! Although, this has ‘messed’ up my enthusiasm to be creative it has given me a chance to do a lot more surfing and see what is actually out there on the Net as far as ‘money generating’ ideas go.

Firstly, I must say the choice is endless and of course there are a lot of really good, not so good, bad to very bad, to down-right crocked and illegal stuff out there. Nearly all of the good stuff does always have one or two ‘little things’ missing which one has to get before they can benefit from the idea or product I’m talking about will work for you or almost everyone.

This could be good or bad and in many cases it is just something overlooked by the person offering the idea because it all comes as second nature to them and they almost expect everyone to know or have that ‘missing’ item anyway! This I think is often the biggest things people don’t do their ‘due diligence’ on when looking at most opportunities, even the very best. So, my first bit of advice I think one should always look out for (even the most experienced of you) is to see what else you need before going in on one of these projects.

By the way, in this little ‘rant’ of mine I am not even going near trying to advise you on how you should approach the bad to down right crocked stuff out there. All I can say here is leave them alone because if it all sounds too good to be true more than likely it is just that. Too good to be true!

I think the real problem lies in two main areas – that of all our different understanding and interpretation of the words or what is meant by “work” and “knowledge”. To those people that grew up building the pyramids in ancient Egypt a grueling 8 hour day could sound like a holiday. So for those folks who are involved in some ‘cushy’ little job where in all honesty (and face facts a great deal of the first world workforce falls into this area) and they don’t give much thought and effort into getting their 13 pay checks a year then anything more than turning on the computer could be considered work! So really see what is meant by work before jumping into a Net based opportunity!

I will say right here and now as far as making money online goes the work is not very hard, does not have to involve endless hours or is very difficult for that matter, if you have the knowledge – it’s that simple. However, once you have the knowledge the actual work could bore you to tears – and we all know how unenthusiastic anyone can be if they are totally bored with their job! I’m sure I don’t have to elaborate any further on this point, and again this is an area many people don’t really look into before jumping in on an opportunity.

This of course brings us to the other big, big area that so many people don’t see in the same way, that of knowledge to go with the opportunity. I don’t want to put anyone off here because anyone (and I mean anyone who knows how to use their PC and the Internet) can gain all the knowledge they need to do everything (and even make the income) described in most of those good opportunities.

However, like it or not there is no way round this little item either and although everyone of you can gain all the knowledge you need to succeed online it is going to cost you more than almost any legit opportunity. It could cost you in two areas, that of time and of course money itself. If you are prepared to just accept these two areas and really examine them (and yourself) before jumping into any opportunity then you will see there are a great many various opportunities out there on the Net.

In closing I would like to challenge any visitor right here and now to simply sign into my blog and write a very short paragraph or two on what you are doing to make money (big or small) on-line. It could be worth a $100 digital product prize to you that could help you in your on-line endeavors. Simply tell us what you are doing and why and the prize could be yours! Let’s see what you have to say because there is more than one prize on offer!

Seen anything new this week?

Posted by admin on October 31st, 2007

If you have please let me know! Years ago I used to listen to a radio program called the ‘Goon Show’ and, from time to time, they used to sing a famous song in the show called “I’m walking backwards to Christmas” and, at long last, I think I know what it all means – as far as marketing on the Internet goes, that is!

As far as ‘great new products’, secret systems and almost everything you see in another launch of a ‘new must have’ product goes – and that seems to happen just about every other day now, I have to tell you there is very little that is really ‘new’ out there. I really set up this Blog to recommend great new and unique products to my readers and since I started a few months back I have ‘spent more money‘ on IM junk — and to date have not written one review.

The main reason for that is simply because I have not come across anything really unique, new or very different from anything that has been around before – or is still around if you spend a little time looking for it. I’m sorry to give you this news, but you may as well “walk backwards to Christmas” when it comes to great new material you may hope to find under your tree this year!

All that really is new are the stupid headlines or story lines that go with these so called great new digital products – you know, “Convicted Felon to Millionaire”, or “How I made a million playing the piano with my ears!” I may not have got the wording 100% correct but I’m sure you get the idea!

So, where is this all going you may ask? Simply here, I don’t believe there are any miracle cures or secrets to making millions online or fantastic new products out there. The path to Internet marketing success is very straight forward; and quite boring (for most of us). Most genuine good products will stand the test of time. Proof of this is web-sites like DealDotCom who offer good products everyday at very good prices – normally 50% off the normal retail price.

Nothing totally amazing or very unbelievable about the products on offer, but these sites are doing very well offering products that have been around for some time and that are capable of doing something useful, in most cases, for their users.

Look at the products or services out there with ‘staying power’ – the ones that have been around for some time now, and that serve a purpose. They don’t offer you ‘any-dream-you-feel-like’ or amazing result that will turn ‘any blabbering half-witted retard’ into ‘multi-faceted genius who pumps out money’ to make “the Late Paul J” look like a homeless person.

You see, most of the really worth-while material out there isn’t brand new, used by moronic convicts and other kinds of perverts — they are pretty much boring down-to-earth stuff that do what they are supposed to do!

What I am really saying is that most of us could ‘walk backwards to Christmas’ chasing that Holy Grail to find the short cut to success and Internet wealth because everything is already out there for you to take up whenever you want to. Just do it!

That really is the “KEY!” Do it! Most of us spend far too much time procrastinating and chasing the “real secret” (that could be called the pot-of-gold at the end of the rainbow) that by the time Christmas comes around you could have got what you wanted or really needed last year!

……… and because I have found a great new toy that has been around for years now on the Internet but am only just starting to use it now myself, you are going to have to put up with another great example of the message video can get across so easily. I would like you to take a look at this video.

It goes without saying that YOU need to step up and start doing something about what it is you really want and I think Paul Potts really shows us what is possible if you overcome the fear of what others may think of you and just get on with what you want to do!

Okay, today I’m feeling really lazy as I have just finished my latest web-project and am completely drained of anything worthwhile to say to you! So, what’s so different, I hear almost everyone say? Actually, I was only kidding because even though this Internet technology is getting better every day, I must admit I could only “hear those of you who left your mike on”. Now do you believe me when I say I’m jaded?

So, this week I’m saying Dream Big! - Achieve YOUR Goals - I know you have heard this all before but I believe these kinds of inspiration messages can’t be reinforced or said enough!

Dream Big - Achieve Your Goals - Inspiration - The most popular videos are a click away
This only takes just over 3 minutes to watch and absorb and I really can’t see it being a waste of any of your time — what do you think?

Can you tell me if this is another Urban Legend?

Would you consider working for a company or business that has a little more than 500 employees and has the following statistics:

  • 29 have been accused of spousal abuse
  • 7 have been arrested for fraud
  • 19 have been accused of writing bad cheques (checks)
  • 117 have directly or indirectly bankrupted at least 2 businesses
  • 3 have done time for assault
  • 71 cannot get a credit card due to bad credit
  • 14 have been arrested on drug-related charges
  • 8 have been arrested for shoplifting
  • 21 are currently defendants in lawsuits
  • 84 have been arrested for drunk driving in the last year

373 in total or approximately 70% of the 535 members of the SOUTH AFRICAN PARLIAMENT fall into the above list ……. and this is the same group that cranks out hundreds of new laws each year designed to keep the rest of us in line!

I wanted to get confirmation of these facts and figures by someone as reliable as our very own ’stalwart of our democracy and revolution’, that wonderful South African MP, Winnie “M” but understand she could be a little too ‘pissed off’ to answer me as she is still a little upset with Canada for chucking her out of their country earlier this year just because of her own criminal record.

This is not the first time I have had these kind of figures given to me and so would love it any of my more informed or criminally inclined readers help us out and confirm if these figures are valid or not. I think a lot of us would like to know and it just could be the right thing to do!
